Hello! I live in the northeastern part of Poland where I work as a project officer for Erasmus+ projects. I have a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Lomza. I am committed to fostering sustainable development, drawing inspiration from my upbringing in a rural farming community. Raised on a farm in our agricultural region, I am deeply connected to the agricultural sector and am passionate about promoting balanced growth initiatives within it. For me, working as part of the NO GAP project is an incredible opportunity to channel my dedication to sustainable development and my profound connection to agriculture into tangible action.

Hello! With a background in Business, I’ve spent the last 5 years managing EU projects with different domains, such as Digital Technologies, STEAM education, Permaculture, and Sustainability. Now, I’m excited to bring my experience to the NO GAP project! In our team, along with my colleague Patrícia Silva, I will work as a Project Manager and lead our comunication efforts. What really excites me about NO GAP is its fresh approach to education. Exploring areas like Digital Technologies and Environmental Sustainability is something I’m passionate about! Therefore, the thought of making a meaningful impact on VET students and education as a whole keeps me motivated and eager! I’m looking forward to developing the project and seeing the positive change it will bring!

Hello! I was born and raised in Cyprus. I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s Degree (MA) in International Relations, Conflict and Security from Northumbria University. After completing my master’s degree, I joined CIP as Project Manager & Researcher and worked on various projects associated with different sectors and disciplines. These include migration management, social inclusion, youth participation, STEM sciences, mental health issues, and more. During my tenure at CIP, I have also drafted proposals for new Erasmus+ projects. In the NO GAP project, my primary responsibility is to oversee the development of a training platform that will support the three modules designed for VET educators and learners. I firmly believe that regardless of the subject matter, digital solutions are essential for improving learning outcomes and engaging learners.

Hello! I live in Giessen and I have a Bachelor’s degree in modern languages, cultures and business administration and a Master’s degree in languages, literature and culture. I have spent a lot of time abroad before and during my studies as I love travelling, and I am interested not only in people and different cultures but also like to explore diverse natural environments. After my studies, I worked as a project and department manager in a local educational institute until I founded MIND together with three colleagues in 2022. As a manager of European projects in my previous position, together with the partners involved in NO GAP, we implemented a project on permaculture and how the concept can be included in vocational training of various professions that can have a huge effect on sustainability. Having in mind the importance of green skills for the generations to come to build a sustainable future, the aspect of inclusion also plays a crucial role. Everyone should be able to acquire green skills and become an active part in fighting climate change effects as much as our healthy green areas should be accessible to everyone. Therefore, I am happy to be part of the NO GAP project, in which we try to create New Opportunities in Gardening and Agriculture Professions!

Hello! I live in the northeastern part of Poland, and I am the director of PFA. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and German from Aberystwyth University and a Master’s Degree in International Business Management with a specialization in small and medium-sized enterprises and female entrepreneurship from the University of Wales, UK. Additionally, I have completed Post-Graduate Studies in Agriculture in Poland, which has deepened my understanding of the agricultural context in our region. My professional experience includes research in entrepreneurship, business planning, and non-formal education, which I gained in Brussels, Belgium. With a comprehensive understanding of agriculture, I bring a unique perspective to my work. Over the past decade, I have managed and worked on numerous EU-funded projects related to non-formal education, incorporating agricultural elements to support sustainable rural development. For me, working as part of the NO GAP project is an exciting opportunity to apply my extensive background in project management, international business, and agriculture to foster meaningful change in agricultural professions.

Hello! I am Portuguese and I live in the North of the country. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, previous work experience as a project manager for Erasmus+ projects; as an application consultor for several financing programs, national and international; and as an International Relations Officer (IRO) and Erasmus+ Coordinator at a Higher Education Institution. In the NO GAP project, CEPROF will be a knowledge provider in pedagogics and quality; we will specifically develop the contents for the module in mechatronic engineering and pilot test it with our teachers/trainers and trainees; we will also be responsible for the communication of the project. The NO GAP project is very dear to me because of its main areas of priority: environmental sustainability, social inclusion, and equal opportunities. The possibility of making a difference and contributing to these 3 areas drives me to be in this project.

Hello! I live in Laubach.I have a master’s degree in political science, a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and studied education. I work in the management of ibs and work as a project manager for Erasmus+ projects and other projects at federal and state level. As part of the NO GAP project, ibs is responsible for the project management together with MIND and is responsible for the development and implementation of the content in the field of gardening and landscaping. For me, working as part of the NO GAP project is something that I absolutely enjoy, as it combines inclusion and ecological sustainability and therefore addresses two issues that are very close to my heart. Adapting green professions to changing social and ecological conditions and showing young people how they can integrate these issues into their work is something that drives me and gives me the feeling that I can initiate small changes.
